Heat peanut oil and soybean oil in a pot, add a little peppercorns and fennel. After the oil is cold, pour it into a porcelain or ceramic container and store it. Not only will it not deteriorate for a long time, but the oil will also taste particularly fragrant when used for cooking.
After the lard is boiled, add a little sugar or salt before it solidifies, stir and seal, so that it can be stored for a long time without deterioration.
Finely ground sesame oil becomes rancid and loses its aroma during storage. The following methods can be adopted for its preservation:
Put the sesame oil into a small glass bottle, add 1 gram of refined salt for every 500 grams of oil, plug the bottle tightly and shake continuously to dissolve the salt, and leave it in a dark place for about 3 days. Then pour the precipitated sesame oil into a clean brown glass bottle, tighten the bottle cap, store it in a dark place, and take it as you go. It should be noted that bottles containing oil must not use rubber or other smelly bottle stoppers.
