I've heard people say before that you can't apply for a health certificate during menstruation. In fact, it's a misunderstanding caused by not explaining it in advance, which resulted in you being asked to review the abnormality in your urine test. The core of current health certificate screening is whether there are infectious diseases such as dysentery, active tuberculosis, and viral hepatitis that can affect public health. Menstruation is a normal physiological phenomenon and is not a taboo for screening at all. If you check the local health certificate checklist in advance and find that there is no urine routine at all, then you don’t even need to mention it to the nurse. The whole process is no different from the usual physical examination.

Of course, there are a few grassroots institutions that will suggest that you wait until your period is over before coming. This is not because they are deliberately making things difficult, but because they are afraid that they will notify you for a re-examination later, which will waste both parties' time. If you are not in a hurry to use the certificate, it is perfectly fine to wait for two or three days before going. If you are in a hurry to get the certificate, just go directly. Just mention it in advance, so as to save you a wasted trip to change the time.
