1. Clotrimazole vaginal tablets

Local burning or irritation may occur after use. Pregnant and lactating women should use it under the guidance of a doctor. This drug should be avoided during menstrual period and sexual intercourse should be avoided during medication.

2. Miconazole nitrate suppository

Miconazole nitrate suppositories are used for Candida vaginitis and exert a bactericidal effect by destroying fungal cell membranes. Common adverse reactions include local irritation and allergic reactions, and it is contraindicated in those allergic to imidazole drugs. Hands and vulva should be clean when using. The medicine should be placed deep in the vagina. It is recommended to use it before going to bed to improve the efficacy.

3. Nystatin vaginal effervescent tablets

Nystatin effervescent vaginal tablets target Candida infection by changing the permeability of fungal cell membranes. Mild irritation to the vulva may occur. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction should use with caution. The drug will disintegrate rapidly when exposed to body fluids. It is recommended to rest in bed for 30 minutes after use to prevent the drug from flowing out.

4. Fluconazole capsules

Fluconazole capsules are systemic antifungal drugs suitable for the treatment of severe or recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis. Common side effects include headache and gastrointestinal discomfort, and it is prohibited to use it in combination with drugs such as terfenadine. Those with abnormal liver function need to adjust the dose, and liver function indicators should be monitored during medication.

5. Itraconazole capsules

Itraconazole capsules are used for refractory Candida infections and work by inhibiting fungal cytochrome P450 enzymes. May cause elevated transaminases and gastrointestinal reactions, and is contraindicated in patients with congestive heart failure. This drug needs to be taken immediately after a meal to promote absorption. Avoid taking proton pump inhibitors during treatment.

You need to keep your vulva clean and dry on a daily basis. Choose cotton breathable underwear and change it daily. Avoiding long-term use of antibiotics and estrogen drugs and controlling blood sugar levels can help prevent recurrence. Bath bathing and sexual intercourse are prohibited during treatment. If the partner has symptoms, simultaneous treatment is required. Reduce the intake of high-sugar foods and appropriately supplement fermented dairy products containing lactic acid bacteria. After the symptoms are relieved, the prescribed course of treatment still needs to be completed. It is recommended to review the leucorrhea routine one week after stopping the medication.
